Our group movement classes are gentle, body weight strengthening and cardio workouts. There will always be an option to either sit or stand for each exercise.
Our group stretch and meditation session will have a yoga feel to it, and we will finish the class with a short meditation together. Both group classes are run online, through Zoom.
Personal connection is key! We offer one-on-one services that are tailored to you. This can be any recreation service, a personalized exercise session, or a chat!
