Nope! Anyone who needs gentle movement therapy is welcome! The group classes are targeted towards older adults and seniors, but if you think you might like to try gentle movement and join our community, you are most welcome to get in touch.

Every Aging Well participant will go through a screening process with Samantha before we start to ensure we provide you the best possible service!
We always balance our classes to meet the needs of our clients. It will never be too tough for you. Aging Well by Rubi Living's exercise, movement, and stretch classes are gentle. Samantha is used to the rigorous workouts from professional sport training, but she has learned to embrace more relaxed exercise since retirement! And she has learned a lot in her recreation program about exercise delivery that can be adjusted for different levels. If you opt for a personal workout session, this can be tailored even more to your preference and abilities.
Yes! We will be asking more in-depth questions about health history and current health status when you sign up, so we will work together to get your family member involved.
Yes! We can work together to safely help you or your loved one move with your caregiver's assistance.
